Here are some very interesting videos. The first one shows that even the IRS Commissioner cannot answer the simple question of what law requires Americans to pay an income tax. Why?
Now if I was to ask the local Sheriff what law requires me to stop at a stop sign or not to steal or what law made it illegal to beat up my neighbor do you think he would have to say: Well there are many COURT CASES that say we can stop you? Do you think he would have to tell you to go search the Sheriff’s web site and not the Legislature’s web site that has the ACTUAL LAWS?
Here is a scenario coming to a traffic stop if the IRS enforced traffic laws.
Citizen: “Why was I stopped officer?”
IRS Traffic Cop: “You were stopped because you violated several courts cases concerning traffic violations.”
Citizen:Â “But what law did I violate?”
IRS Traffic Cop: “I don’t know and I don’t have to tell you the law any more. We just tell you that the Courts have said we can stop you. Here is your ticket. Pay it as soon as possible because children in Brazil and the Congo need clean water.”
Citizen: “But how will I know what I have been charged with?”
IRS Traffic Cop: “The amount you owe is listed right there on the ticket so you really don’t need to know more so that is a frivolous question. Don’t ask it again your you will be penalized. The government just needs so you should just pay your fair share so pay the ticket.
Citizen: “But I don’t think I was doing anything wrong. I want to go to court and challenge this ticket.”
IRS Traffic Cop draws his hand gun and commands: I warned you. Okay you terrorist. Get out of the car with your hands behind your back.” (Calls in on his radio): “I have found another terrorist enemy combatant. Send in the paddy wagon.”
IRS Traffic Cop to the now convicted terrorist (former Citizen) in handcuffs still next to his car: What a moron you are. I did not know you were a terrorist until you questioned the law. You terrorists are so stupid. Why don’t you just pay? I must catch two of you a day any more. I sure hope you like the food at GITMO. You just should have paid like everyone else.”
Terrorist: “I want to call my lawyer.”
Patriotic Law Enforcement Officer. “Terrorists don’t get lawyers. So shut up and get in the wagon.”
Don’t think that scenario is too far off.
The average American cannot find the law that requires them to file. Judges cannot find the law either bgut do make us some interesting excuses. Judge Dawson of the Irwin Schiff Star Chamber told the jury that the income tax is imposed by statutes, in different sub-sections, that must be read together.
WHAT?
Can you imagine having to look at three different statutes in different sub-sections, that do not even refer to one another, to find out that you had to yield to on coming traffic?
It has even become obvious that the IRS cannot tell us what law requires Americans to file a return or pay this Communist tithing. (See 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto.)

Did you see how the IRS Commissioner said that if you expect government services you have to pay? Did you see how a flunky had to interrupt the Commissioner to give the official IRS cover story?
What about those of us that do not want or expect Free Government Schools (10th plank of the Commie Manifesto) or do not support foreign undeclared wars (IRAQ) and just want the government to do the things it was doing before 1913 AD? Or how about those of us that do not want to pay for the Religion of Marxism because we have our own religions we support through voluntary compliance?
Did you see that none of them could just simply cite the law that made Americans liable? Would you buy a used car from any of them if they acted that way?
Customer: “Is this a Ford or a Chevy. It doesn’t say what it is on the car.”
IRS Salesman: “The Courts have ruled that you do not need to know so we took it off the cars.”
The law is to be clear and unequivocal or the citizen is exempt. Everyone should know that the IRS code is anything but clear and unequivocal so that must mean we are all exempt?
