Steve Wiegand of the Sacramento Bee is reporting that Gilbert P. Hyatt has received a jury awarded judgment against the known fascists of our time. Tax collectors.
ONE MAN Stood up and fought. ONE MAN Gave us the NEW shot heard round the world. ONE MAN challenged this corrupt system in front of a jury. ONE MAN.
The jury award 250 million “dollars” in punitive damages. Of course the most he will probably collect of that is only 250 million Federal Reserve Notes because the system is so corrupt, but at least this is a shot across the bow of these criminal tax collectors that collect taxes, not by the law, but by intimidation.
Steve Wiegand reports that former Chief Counsel for the California Tax Board, Brian Toman, called the judgment “completely unprecedented.”
This is what we need to restore liberty “completely unprecedented” acts by Americans and by our jurors. Jurors are Americans last defense against tyranny without the horrible costs of blood.
LOOK Americans what you can do on a jury. LOOK and see the power you have to restore America to a free country and FORCE these so called government servants that have become Nazis and Tyrants to follow the law or face the wrath of We the People,… We the Sovereignty.
We Freedom loving Americans CAN corral these evil Fascists if we will but use the weapons against tyranny forged from the blood of our Founding Fathers. It is the jury system.
If Americans on juries would just demand to know what law makes the average American liable for the Income Tax and refuse to convict if the judge does not give the CLEAR and UNEQUIVOCAL Law then tyranny would end. Then when people sue these tyrants and jurors stand up like this Clark County, Nevada jury did then freedom could be restored without firing a shot.
Learn more about what you can do. Don’t try to get out of jury duty . Embrace it as a God given gift to fight against these tyrants. Convict no man or woman that has not hurt another American. Learn what POWER you have as a single juror!

Listen to the words he told a Sacramento Bee reporter in a 2003 interview. Words that should come from the lips of EVERY freedom loving American:
“I’ve got better things to do than to take on other people, but when I’ve got to, I defend myself. I will never submit to blackmail or extortion.”
The IRS thrives on blackmail and extortion.
Steve Wiegand reported:
The board moved to have the lawsuit dismissed, contending it could not be sued in a Nevada court, and that under California law, FTB employees were immune from litigation for actions that were part of their jobs.
But in 2003, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously rejected the FTB’s challenge, and Hyatt’s suit was allowed to proceed.
Let us all salute this hero and start standing up to tyrants acting under color of law. Remember that just because a man claims to have authority if he/she is not protecting the Constitution and upholding it FIRST and foremost then he/she is a traitor to liberty and it is your duty to “never submit to blackmail or extortion.”
If God can still hear us through are own cowardice and voluntary slavery may he bless enough of us with the courage of Gilbert P. Hyatt and the Nevada jury that smashed tyranny in the mouth, at least this one time.

Using internet is simple as hell. But I can tell y ou right now, it can be very hard, if you are the first time user.
So, first thing I suggest – open the Explorer, and type in the address you like.
You’ll get there really fast, it depends on your connection speed.
Good luck.
Its about time !Now the other states need to do the same as Nevada
