Senator Elihu Root about the complexity the Income Tax

“In 1913 during the debate on the first income tax act under the 16th Amendment, Senator Elihu Root commented about the complexity of that first law: “I guess you will have to go to jail. If that is the result of not understanding the Income Tax Law I shall meet you there. We shall have a merry, merry time, for all of our friends will be there. It will be an intellectual center, for no one understands the Income Tax Law except persons who have not sufficient intelligence to understand the questions that arise under it.” See The United States Tax Court: An Historical Analysis, page 12, by Harold Dubroff. So I have a few questions because I have sufficient intelligence to understand the questions that arise under 26 U.S.C. I do hope the government agents that read this blog will have the sufficient intelligence to not only understand the questions but to answer them.

24. Do I have a Constitutional right to plead the 5th if I am not a government employee?
25. If I cannot plead the 5th am I protected in my inherent and unalienable rights?
26. If I do not know the answers to the above questions and I filed a 1040 under penalties of perjury would I be committing perjury in Nevada since
