The Department Of Defense briefed the President this morning. They told President Obama that 2 Brazilian soldiers were killed in Iraq yesterday.

To everyone’s surprise, all the color drained from Obama’s face. Then he collapsed onto his desk, head in his hands, visibly shaken, almost in tears. Finally, he composed himself and asked, “Just how many is a Brazilian?’”

This is not surprising, since he obviously has no understanding of billion or trillion either.

Depositions of High Ranking Treasury Officials Begin April 2, 2009 and your help is greatly needed.

Lindsey Springer here and I would like to report that on April 2, 2009, I will be honored to take the Court Ordered deposition of R.A. Mitchell. My case is 08-278. If you have ever had a tax lien or assessment then listen up.

How I was able to convince the United States District Court this deposition was relevant was that I subpoenaed R.A. Mitchell because this name was on several documents in a civil case the U.S. Department of Justice attached to their amended complaint against me.

The Government tried to block the deposition saying R.A. Mitchell did not even know her name was on the documents they relied upon. I pointed out that was an admission of forgery. On February 24, 2009, I took the deposition of a Kim Norman in Tulsa who swore that R.A. Mitchell was a stamp and not any real person.

Needless to say if that is true all Notice of Federal Tax Liens are no good and I will be able to show each of you how that would be. In each State you have a Uniform Federal Tax Lien Act and this Act directs federal tax liens to comply with the Uniform Commercial Code. A Forged document in the County Recorder’s Office violates both the Act and the UCC. It gets worse for the revenuers from here.

Assessments are required for a lien to arise after notice of that assessment is given and a demand for payment. Once you refuse to pay then a lien arises as a matter of law. Assessments are done under section 6201, 6202 and 6203 of the Tax Code. Regulations under 26 CFR 301.6203-1 require the district director to appoint an assessment officer. The position of district director was abolished by the Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998. As of 2000 no district directors existed to appoint summary record of assessment officers. The regulation above says the record of assessment must be signed and if the person signing was not assigned by the district director or director of the service center servicing the internal revenue district that you live in then no assessment exists according to the law and no notice, demand, or refusal, could be proven in Court for the collection of any purported assessment.

I need your help. I cannot afford to take the this part of the IRS down without some help from each of you. I need whatever you can give me. I realize many of you know someone who is in some way making some challenge to the status quo. Please realize it is rare to be offered the opportunity to depose high ranking treasury officials and even more rare to actually do it. Most attorneys would simply not do it for fear of attack. I hope you know by now I am not afraid. Concerned yes, afraid no. Imagine me getting to ask the questions and the U.S. Department of Justice not being able to do anything to obstruct me, my questions, or the answers.

My ministry is asking each of you to consider being part of actually getting to ask questions. If you email me your questions relative to assessments, liens, and notices, I will be glad to consider your ideas in forming my questions. I get to take depositions on the 2, 6,7 and 9th of April, 2009. I realize this is short notice but I would not ask for held if it was not needed.

In my continuing research on how Cops destroy your privacy and intimidate people into thinking they MUST comply when in fact they questions are voluntary I found a Nevada Supreme Court Case that clearly describes what is called a “field interview.”

These field interviews are used by police to establish your whereabouts so that they can help to convict you even if you are innocent. In allowing Cops to interview you, you are self-incriminating yourself and setting yourself up future legal problems.

Remember what the United States Supreme Court warned Americans. Don’t talk to Cops for any reason as anything you say can be used against you in a court of law but nothing you say to Cops can be used to help you. Cops can ONLY testify against you.

The field interviews
During trial, Officers Julien Grant, Edward Reese, and Shawn Romprey testified that they had interviewed Somee on separate occasions prior to the shooting and completed field interview cards recording their interactions with Somee. Officer Grant explained that a field interview card is an index card on which police officers document contacts with individuals. The cards contain information concerning a person’s name, address, height, date of birth, and physical description. Officers also may record with whom they see an individual and the contents of the individual’s statements. If given the opportunity, officers take Polaroid pictures of individuals to attach to the card. Although in this case the actual field interview cards were not proffered at trial, the officers testified concerning the information contained on the cards, including Somee’s affiliation with the Horney Boyz gang. Detective Kobrys also used a Polaroid picture from one of the field interview cards in photographic lineups he created.

After reading this quote, sent to me today by a friend, by Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Taft Benson, in 1960 AD, I now consider being called intolerant, uncouth, and/or ungentlemanly by lukewarm Christians to be a compliment.

I may be intolerant, uncouth, and/or ungentlemanly but I sure enough am not spue. I am either hot or cold but lukewarm is not my description.

How many Christians or so-called Christians can, in all honesty, say, with all the conviction of their soul, that they are Christian revolutionaries in this the land that is now Socialist and filled with tax serfs while continuing on as the home of the Military Industrial Complex where there is Socialism for the rich being bailed out and is supported by Capitalism for the serf (aka workingman)?

How much spue sits in the pews at your church? Why do we tolerate it when Christ would spue them out?

I used to be ashamed to go to church because I felt that my revolutionary ideas may upset the lukewarm fence sitting members. NOT ANY MORE! I am not the one that should be embarrassed to be there. The “lukewarm do nothing while waiting for Christ and His angels to save them” SPUE, need to stand up and be counted or be the spue they have been promised to be by Jesus Christ Himself.

Our civilization and our people are seemingly afraid to be revolutionary. We are too ‘broadminded’ to challenge what we do not believe in. We are afraid of being thought intolerant, uncouth, ungentlemanly. We have become lukewarm in our beliefs. And for that we perhaps merit the bitter condemnation stated in Revelation 3:16: “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”

This is a sad commentary on a civilization which has given to mankind the greatest achievements and progress ever known. When will we Christians and any other God fearing men and women, once again, act like the religiously diverse Found Fathers and “forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. We cannot endure the infamy and guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them, if we basely entail hereditary bondage upon them.”

Maybe I will see more of you revolutionaries at a church, mosque, or synagogue near you. I hope so. Let us take back the pews from the spues.

Lawrence B. Wilkerson was chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell reported today in The Washington Note that most of the detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba were and are innocent and our government doesn’t care because they were poor ignorant peasants and Muslims.

Wilkerson stated: There are several dimensions to the debate over the U.S. prison facilities at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba that the media have largely missed and, thus, of which the American people are almost completely unaware. For that matter, few within the government who were not directly involved are aware either…. The second dimension that is largely unreported is that several in the U.S. leadership became aware of this lack of proper vetting very early on and, thus, of the reality that many of the detainees were innocent of any substantial wrongdoing, had little intelligence value, and should be immediately released…Thus, as many people as possible had to be kept in detention for as long as possible to allow this philosophy of intelligence gathering to work. The detainees’ innocence was inconsequential. After all, they were ignorant peasants for the most part and mostly Muslim to boot.

So explain to me why are we not like the Nazis in 1938 AD.

Remember these innocent men are still there and our military and FBI and Cops and CIA are supporting this terrorism and these continuing war crimes by supporting this and the past administration, but they do not resign.

Can anyone explain to me why they are not to be held accountable?
