ACLU to get involved in Kahre Case Subpoenas

By PUBLIUS:

The ACLU placed the following message on the LVRJ web site:

ACLU of Nevada wrote on June 11, 2009 10:04 AM: IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE ACLU OF NEVADA: In the ACLU of Nevada’s view, the subpoena violates the important First Amendment rights of anonymous commenters. We at the ACLU of Nevada have always fought for the fundamental right to engage in anonymous political speech and we want to protect the rights of anonymous commenters. If you believe that your rights have been, or will be, violated by the subpoena seeking information about anonymous commenters on the 5/26/09 article about the Kahre case, please call the ACLU’s General Counsel directly at 433-2666. In order to protect your anonymity, please do NOT contact other ACLU of Nevada attorneys or offices. You do NOT need to identify yourself if you call, and please do NOT leave any identifying information if you leave a message.

If you are one of the posters concerning the Kahre Case I highly recommend that you contact the ACLU and tell them you want to be involved. This will turn up the heat on Greg Damm and may force him to resign and get out of our governemnt because he is a servant of Hell and not of We the People!

We need to protect anonymous free speech. The Federalist Papers were written by Madison, Hamilton and Jay under the anonymous name: PUBLIUS. The very soul and history of the USA is about anonymous speech.

Stand up and be counted. Join with the ACLU and be a witness. You don’t even need to tell anyone which one you wrote. You can remain anonymous. Just say you wrote one.

And if you did not write one. WHY NOT?! You can still post and join with other freedom loving Americans. That is if you have an ounce of courage left in you.

Just CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE BATTLE then call the ACLU and tell them you are one of the Kahre Case posters.
