I was looking for a quote by Sun Tzu the other day about the greatest battles ever won being those that never needed to be fought because of advanced planning. I did not find it but what I did find shocked me back into the reality of the bondage we are in in America and how this bondage is ages old and well know to those that would be tyrants.

I. LAYING PLANS
1. Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance
to the State.
2. It is a matter of life and death, a road either
to safety or to ruin. Hence it is a subject of inquiry
which can on no account be neglected.
3. The art of war, then, is governed by five constant
factors, to be taken into account in one’s deliberations,
when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.
4. These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth;
(4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline.
5,6. The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete
accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him
regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger.

Compare that with THE SOCIAL CONTRACT OR PRINCIPLES OF POLITICAL RIGHT by the father of Socialism, Jean Jacques Rousseau, concerning the need for a Civil Religion:

There is therefore a purely civil profession of faith of which the Sovereign should fix the articles, not exactly as religious dogmas, but as social sentiments without which a man cannot be a good citizen or a faithful subject. While it can compel no one to believe them, it can banish from the State whoever does not believe them — it can banish him, not for impiety, but as an anti-social being, incapable of truly loving the laws and justice, and of sacrificing, at need, his life to his duty. If any one, after publicly recognising these dogmas, behaves as if he does not believe them, let him be punished by death: he has committed the worst of all crimes, that of lying before the law.

The dogmas of civil religion ought to be few, simple, and exactly worded, without explanation or commentary. The existence of a mighty, intelligent and beneficent Divinity, possessed of foresight and providence, the life to come, the happiness of the just, the punishment of the wicked, the sanctity of the social contract and the laws: these are its positive dogmas. Its negative dogmas I confine to one, intolerance, which is a part of the cults we have rejected.

Now that there is and can be no longer an exclusive national religion, tolerance should be given to all religions that tolerate others, so long as their dogmas contain nothing contrary to the duties of citizenship. But whoever dares to say: Outside the Church is no salvation, ought to be driven from the State, unless the State is the Church, and the prince the pontiff.

The Civil/Civic Religion of the United States

So can the United States have an established civic religion? The Supreme Court said, “No”:

The suggestion that government may establish an official or civic religion as a means of avoiding the establishment of a religion with more specific creeds strikes us as a contradiction that cannot be accepted. Lee v. Weisman 505 U.S. 577, 590, 1992

But remember what Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance to the State and The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger.

So what we have here is a quandary. If “It is of vital importance to the State for… the people to be in complete accord with their ruler” and “While [the State] can compel no one to believe [the civic religion's doctrines] it can banish from the State whoever does not believe them — it can banish him, not for impiety, but as an anti-social being, incapable of truly loving the laws and justice, and of sacrificing, at need, his life to his duty”, then how can the State survive without a civic religion?

The answer is: It cannot.

So how has the USA survived. Simple. The USA had a civil religion because the sovereign of this nation…We the People, had a civil religion. It was self imposed on each individual by the individual. Remember we were once a Nation of equals under the law because we were the sovereignty and were individual sovereigns without subjects. It was freedom because We the People were, “in complete accord with their ruler.”

Jonathan Turmbull a Crown-appointed Governor wrote back to England: “If you ask an American, who is his master? He will tell you he has none, nor any governor but Jesus Christ.”

Why? Again a simple answer. Ex. 20: 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Read Rousseau to see what happens to people that do not place their government before God in a State with a Civil Religion.

But what happened to America’s self imposed civil religion of Christianity. President Obama, on April 6th in Ankara, Turkey told the truth when he said:

“[W]e do not consider ourselves a Christian nation…”

So if we are no longer a Christian nation then what is the Civic Religion of America that replaced self imposed Christianity, because there must be one according to Sun Tzu and Rousseau if the State is to be successful.

Obama said it. We are a “Secular Nation.” Therefore we must, out of necessity, have a religion of secularism. But there is a problem with that according to the Supreme Court.

We agree of course that the State may not establish a ‘religion of secularism’ in the sense of affirmatively opposing or showing hostility to religion, thus ‘preferring those who believe in no religion over those who do believe.’ School Dist. of Abington Tp., Pa. v. Schempp 374 U.S. 203, 225, 1963

In considering how we went from a free Christian Nation of individual sovereigns to a Marxism enforced slave state with the same illusion of freedom granted in the USSR Constitutions, we must remember the words of the Socialist Franklin D. Roosevelt: “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, it was planned that way.”

We must also remember what Roosevelt’s “New Deal” when he created the Welfare State of Socialism now called the Social Secuirty System. It is also called it a “Sacred Trust.”

Even comedians know that Social Secuirty is called a “Sacred Trust.”

So there you have it. The new civil religion where we trust the “Sacred trust” of government, and not God, to care for us.

1 Tim. 4: 10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

What has occurred in America is just history repeating itself just like when Israel rejected God for an earthly king. America has rejected King Jesus for King Socialism.

“But Marxism is not a religion,” you say. If you say that then you have been dumbed down by the 10th commandment of Marxism just like was planned for you by Marx the “other Jewish messiah”:

Communism/Marxism is a Civil Religion and its principles are perfectly Rousseauean.

While it can compel no one to believe them, — it can banish him, not for impiety, but as an anti-social being, incapable of truly loving the laws and justice, and of sacrificing, at need, his life to his duty.

1936 Constitution of the USSR says Communist had a “sacred duty” to safeguard socialism.

ARTICLE 131. It is the duty of every citizen of the U.S.S.R. to safeguard and strengthen public, socialist property as the sacred and inviolable foundation of the Soviet system, as the source of the wealth and might of the country, as the source of the prosperous and cultured life of all the working people.
Persons committing offenses against public, socialist property are enemies of the people.

The 1977 Constitution of the USSR repeats this duty to socialism says also states that Citizens are guaranteed freedom of conscience, and religion.

Article 61. Citizens of the USSR are obliged to preserve and protect socialist property.

Article 52. Citizens of the USSR are guaranteed freedom of conscience, that is, the right to profess or not to profess any religion, and to conduct religious worship or atheistic propaganda. Incitement of hostility or hatred on religious grounds is prohibited.
In the USSR, the church is separated from the state, and the school from the church.

Article 62. Citizens of the USSR are obliged to safeguard the interests of the Soviet state, and to enhance its power and prestige.
Defence of the Socialist Motherland is the sacred duty of every citizen of the USSR.
Betrayal of the Motherland is the gravest of crimes against the people.

Can’t you just hear the cheer from Rousseau? “Well done my good and faithful servants.”

Do any of you honestly believe that there was freedom of religion in the USSR?

How can a man have the right to profess or not to profess any religion, and to conduct religious worship while at the same time have a duty “to safeguard and strengthen public, socialist property as…sacred”? And what happens to Americans that do not “safeguard and strengthen public, socialist [security system and the graduated income tax system] as sacred”?

Do any of you honestly believe that there is freedom of religion in the USA?

Compare the duty of Communist Citizens to the duty Americans have according to the Declaration of Independence:

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

That is a completely different philosophy. One founded on Marx. One founded on Christian principles of liberty. And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

Gal. 5: 1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

But I bet you still believe that there is freedom of religion is the USA.

If so then ask yourself what would happen to you in the USA if your religion’s doctrine stated that Social Secuirty was Satanic and refused to participate or carry and use their Number.

What if you were commanded by your religion to eschew socialism? How could you eschew socialism and get a job or buy a house or buy or sell in America today?

“But the Mark of the Beast is tied to the number 666,” you say.

YES, it is.

Ask yourself what would happen to you if you refused to “voluntarily” participate in the 2nd plank/commandemnt of the Communist Manifesto.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

Would you become “enemies of the people”? Would the IRS declare war on you? The IRS believes it is at war even if you don’t. Read Confessions of a Tax Collector to see just how the Priests/Flamen of the IRS think.

Would you be “banished” to prison because your dogmas contain beliefs that are contrary to the Marxist duties of citizenship?

Would you be accused of not being “in complete accord with [your] ruler, [and failing to] follow him regardless…” by “willfully failing” to “voluntarily” confess and/or commit perjury on a 1040 form?

Would you be accused of not paying your “fair share” of the costs of the American Civil Religion of Marxism? Would you have “committed the worst of all crimes”?

What if the United States was trying to force you to believe that unequal weights and measures were not an abomination to the Lord?

Deut. 25:15 But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

Prov. 20:10 Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to the Lord.

Is that not what they are doing to Robert Kahre and Alex Loglia?

Does anyone honestly believe that a Federal Reserve note “dollar” is equal to a Silver Liberty dollar or gold, U.S. legal tender coins? Or is it obvious to anyone with even a bit of Christian moral fiber to know in their hearts that we have a civil religious system of divers weights, and divers measures, and that both of them are alike abomination to the Lord.

The Fifth Plank of the Communist Manifesto states: Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. (The Federal Reserve Bank was established in 1913 and although privately-owned by the very people that funded Karl Marx and his Manifesto, it maintains a monopoly on the fiat divers weights, and divers measures, “money” in circulation.)

Ask yourself what would happen to you if refused to sign a 1040 form because you did not know what a dollar was and so you could not sign it or you would be committing perjury.

NRS 199.200 Statement of what one does not know to be true. Every unqualified statement of that which one does not know to be true is equivalent to a statement of that which he knows to be false.

Ask yourself if such enforcement would be Constitutional or even meet the statutory standard of “willfulness” in violation of such Marxist law? Could such enforcement meet the requirements placed upon the IRS and the U.S. Treasury by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act?

And what if you realized that the Income tax and its unconstitutionally enforced system of diverse weights and measures was anti-Christ after you had already signed up “voluntarily” for a Social Security Number and signed a W-4 withholding Allowance form (what are you allowing by the way?) and voluntarily signed a 1040 form under penalties of perjury; and then wanted to stop being a Marxist? What would happen to you? Does Rousseau essential have that answer when he wrote:

If any one, after publicly recognising these dogmas, behaves as if he does not believe them, let him be punished by death: he has committed the worst of all crimes, that of lying before the law.

Welcome to YOUR nightmare.

Here are some facts:

The government has assisted openly or invidious and/or covert means in the establishment of the articles of faith of the civic religion of Marxism as found in what is commonly called the Communist Manifesto. A minimum of three of these articles of faith have been placed into law in part or in full. They are the 2nd, 5th and 10th planks with include, as implemented, the graduated income tax, in 1862, the National Bank charge of “greenbacks” which were credit money in 1863, free government education in 1852 (supported without constitutional authority in the federal constitution.) All of these were implemented or begun in earnest in the United States of America within 20 years of the publication, in 1848 AD, of the Articles of Faith of the prophet of Communism Karl Marx. This establishment of the civic religion of Marxism “whatever it made be called or whatever form it may adopt” (Everson v. Board of Ed. of Ewing Tp.330 U.S. 1, 16, 1947) substantially burdens my religious exercise.

The government cannot have a compelling government interest in the establishment of any plank or article of faith of any religion or anti-religion but must now, because of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, attempt to demonstrate that it has a compelling government interest and is the least restrictive upon your religious exercise.

How can the government demonstrate that establishing the Civic Religion of Marxism, or any parts of it, is a compelling government interest? So why are you still a practicing Marxist? Why don’t you pick up the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and use it to protect yourself from the established religion of Marxism? Is it because you fear the Federal Government?

If you do fear the government so much that you continue to be a practicing Marxist then consider the words of Samuel Adams:

If you love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.

And what if the black robed priests of this new American Civil Religion of Marxism, often called federal judges and mistakenly called “your honor,” determine that Marxism is not a religion?

Then they would be violating their own rulings because judges cannot determine if Marxism is or is not a religion for to do so would be an establishment of religion in and of itself. The government cannot define what a “religion” is without establishing one, in violation of the First Amendment establishment clause.

A problem common to both religion clauses of the First Amendment is the dilemma of defining religion. To define religion is in a sense to establish it–those beliefs that are included enjoy a preferred constitutional status. For those left out of the definition, the definition may prove coercive. Indeed, it is in this latter context, which roughly approximates the area covered by the free exercise clause, where the cases and discussion of the meaning of religion have primarily centered. Professor Kent Greenawalt challenges the effort, and all efforts, to define religion: “No specification of essential conditions will capture all and only the beliefs, practices, and organizations that are regarded as religious in modern culture and should be treated as such under the Constitution”. The Framers may well have intended to limit religion to the established traditional theistic varieties. But in our highly pluralistic society, with its cults and nontheistic belief systems, any such narrow definition is unworkable.

"[S]tudies suggest a close link between the legitimation mechanisms of the former Soviet Union and the political religion of Marxism-Leninism. And remember that the Supreme Court was clear about what the federal government cannot do:

The ‘establishment of religion’ clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the Federal Government can set up a church. Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another. Neither can force nor influence a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion. No person can be punished for entertaining or professing religious beliefs or disbeliefs, for church attendance or non-attendance. No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever from they may adopt to teach or practice religion. Neither a state nor the Federal Government can, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organizations or groups and vice versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect ‘a wall of separation between Church and State.’Everson v. Board of Ed. of Ewing Tp.330 U.S. 1, 15-16, 1947

Does the United States have an established civic religion? Be honest. You know it does. But no problem. You can still practice your religion and long as your “dogmas contain nothing contrary to the duties of citizenship.”

So now ask yourself:
1. Do I have a Social Secuirty Number that helps me to buy and sell?
2. Am I a practicing member of the “sacred trust” of Social Security?
3. Do I file a form “voluntarily” for a graduated or progressive Marxist income tax?
4. Do I call Federal Reserve Notes “dollars” and in doing so support “divers weights, and divers measures”?
5. Do I calculate my “income” in Federal Reserve Notes on “my” “voluntarily” 1040 form and in doing so commit perjury because I am too afraid to tell the government the truth?
6. Am I a practicing Communist.

So do you have your American Civil Religion Compliance ID card ready to be shown to any U.S. Compliance Officer?

So are you a Christian or a Jew or a Muslim or a Buddhist? Or are you a practicing Marxist? And if so what does that mean?

THE REVELATION OF ST JOHN THE DIVINE, CHAPTER 13

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though our sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If we will be willing and obedient, we shall eat the good of the land. But if we now refuse and rebel, we shall be devoured with the sword: For the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it and they that forsake the LORD shall be consumed.

So are you prepared to do what it takes to eschew Marxism or will you “refuse and rebel” so that you are not banished by the Civil Religion of America?

Let us refer to: A Declaration by the Representatives of the United Colonies of North-America, Now Met in Congress at Philadelphia, Setting Forth the Causes and Necessity of Their Taking Up Arms. In this document Thomas Jefferson, writing for the Congress, said:

“We are reduced to the alternative of chusing an unconditional submission to the tyranny of irritated ministers, or resistance by force. – The latter is our choice. – We have counted the cost of this contest, and find nothing so dreadful as voluntary slavery. – Honour, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. We cannot endure the infamy and guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them, if we basely entail hereditary bondage upon them.”

Compare that with the sacred pact between the generations where Social Secuirty and Medicare that resigns succeeding generations to the wretchedness of hereditary bondage.

Now choose you this day whom ye will serve.
