Judge Dawson
This morning I learned that Kent Dawson of Irwin Schiff infamy (Dawson told Schiff “I will not allow the law in my courtroom”) will hear arguments from the ACLU on whether or not to quash the subpoenas issued by the U.S. Department of inJustice concerning the Las Vegas Review Journal blog.
I knew that my friend, Steve Miller, had written an article linking Judge Dawson’s brother with organized crime entitled: Rizzolo throws a technicality at the court Dumps Patti & Sgro and hires a Mormon law firm
Steve writes:
John Dawson is the brother U. S. Federal Court Judge Kent Dawson who was at the time presiding over the trials of 16 Crazy Horse Too defendants accused of robbery, extortion, and battery. Nonetheless, Judge Dawson’s brother immediately transferred the couple’s three homes, annuities, land under the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too, and other valuables into the newly formed RILI LLC, DOMOLE LLC, NAMES NEVADA, LLC, LIONS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, and the Lisa M. Rizzolo Separate Property Trust.
But I wanted to double check to make sure that Kent Dawson was a Mormon, like Greg Damm, so I did a bit of on line research and discovered the most interesting web site.
The picture from the website was also very interesting. I wonder if subpoenas were asked for concerning this picture.

I also found a picture that I heard hangs in the home of Judge Dawson but I CANNOT confirm this so you will just have to guess.
