I, personally do not file a 1040 and have not done so for over 30 years. I cannot because to do so would mean I would have to commit perjury and violate my religious standards.

There are many options on what to do and many depend upon your religious beliefs because of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

I would start by finding out exactly what a dollar is.

ASk your Congresscritters and your state representative. And be sure to ask your State Treasurer. Always include that letter from Senator Ensign in all your requests for information.

Good hunting.

Then what do you do regarding 1040 or any other documents requiring a signature?

Options: invoke UCC paragraph of without recourse statement?

Option: correct and sign under US of A not US to avoid jurisdiction of feds and make sure you are within US of A jurisdiction, that is the States?

Your guidance and help here. Seems to me that signing under State jurisdiction for consideration in such issues would be more favorable.

The other question is whether the receiver of this document will accept the 'modified' statement of signing. If done under the federal statute mentioned, using US of A instead of US, THEN you are legally satisfying the requirement under law, now putting the receiver in the position of being being fined or imprisoned if does not accept!!

Correct me if in error
Thanks

NC does not stand a chance. Unless a company has a "Nexus" in a state, they are not required to collect sales tax. The onus of paying the sales tax is the person making the purchase.

Excellent reading material, this website but needs some grammaatical changes to show good english.

Note that the tax you are paying is a tax on "federal income" and not "private income" from WalMart. There is no such tax on private income. There is a tax on all incomes within the federal government. A "return" means you are returning something paid to you from the start. If the federal government does not pay you from the federal payroll for your employment at WalMart, then why would you be required to send in a tax as a return? You wouldn't. So, don't perjure yourself anymore and end the income tax on your nonfederal wages forever......or, until Congress initiates a tax on citiens by apportionment.

Great webpage and website. Keep it moving for the benefit of the free citizen of the United States of America.
