Ed Vogel gets some things right
In Ed Vogel’s article entitled ‘I give up,’ political maverick declares he got a few things right. But not much. So I thought I would clear up a few items while I sit here recovering from injuries sustained at the hands of METRO Cops.
I NEVER told Ed Vogel I was handcuffed because I never was. This is interesting however because for some reason people believe that is you are frisked you are also handcuffed. Even a seasoned reporter like Ed.
I NEVER told Ed I was arrested because I never was. I was unlawfully detained.
According to the testimony of METRO Officer Jivapong, the Cop that hurt me, I was never even suspected of a crime. Here is what Officer Jivapong said at his deposition:
1 Q In fact you don’t have any evidence at any time
2 that he committed any unlawful act, do you?
3 A Correct.
4 Q Nothing ever indicated to you that he committed a
5 crime, was there?
6 A Not until that — at that point.
7 Q Well, that’s what I mean. There was nothing
8 ever.
9 A Right.
I was NEVER even suspected of a crime which means the Cops NEVER had the right to so much as touch me.
The election laws require a candidate to file IF, and only if, he receives or spends $100 OR if he receives or spends nothing. Don’t spend or receive a cent and you MUST file, if the law is constitutional which it cannot be if you do not raise any money.

This prosecution is a violation of federal law because of Supreme Court rulings. The State of Nevada. including the elected judges, does not care about this ruling and so the only way to get justice is to go to Federal Court which is expensive.
The call to my Doctor from Mr. Steaming Pile of Leslie was a felony and I have filed criminal charges with the Federal Government against Leslie. It was a violation of HIPAA and State laws. The State of Nevada will do nothing about it just as they have never done anything to stop the harassment of the Independent American Party members by the government.
I am a member of The First Christian Fellowship of Eternal Sovereignty as well as being LDS. I have a personal religious belief against giving affirmations which do not call God as a witness and an oath which does. Many people have very strong views concerning these issues. I am one of them but the State of Nevaqda does not care about the freedom to practice religion unless that religion is the State’s official and ENFORCED religion, which does not like any God but the god of government tyranny.
I will not be giving up this web site. but the threats by the governments, State and Federal, have become too great for me to fight back while trying to recover from injuries sustained at the hands of Jack Booted Thugs called METRO Cops.
