Hello RJ,
Glad you like the blog.
I do not really support concealed weapons permits and believe everyone should just carry in the open to defy the government. It would make for a more polite society.
I am not allowed to obtain a CCW strictly because I do not have a Social Security Number.
The CCW permits require Social Security Numbers. That is unconstitutional as it protects and/or aids one religion (Marxism/Socialism (and yes they are religions)) and keeps those of us that believe that the Social Security Number is the (precursor to or the actual) Mark of the Beast.
Why should I be unable to obtain a CCW because of my religious objection to a voluntary number? There is no law that requires native born Americans/Nevadans to obtain or apply for a Social Security number. That is a fraud too. I have proved that time and again even with voting issues.
Why am I required to have a State issued driver’s license or ID card to protect myself from political and common criminals? Those forms of ID also require Social Security Numbers due to 42 USC Sec. 666. No I am not kidding. SECTION 666. Once again, because I will not voluntarily obtain a State issued ID that violates my religious beliefs, I am not allowed to obtain a CCW. But then I don’t ask my servants for permission to protect myself. I just carry right out in the open. It is far more intimidating that way and they cannot do a thing about it. If we all started doing that they would start giving us tax credits to carry concealed.
Nevada is required by law to secure a perfect toleration of our religious sentiment (irrevocable ordinance #2) and they violate that law, with impunity, every day. The people you are going to talk to about this issue are all violating Nevada’s laws in the first place.
The Constitution of Nevada also requires: Section. 1. Inalienable rights. All men are by Nature free and equal and have certain inalienable rights among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty; Acquiring, Possessing and Protecting property and pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness[.]
Got that. Nevadans have a right to pursuing AND obtaining SAFETY and happiness. I am not allowed to do either. I would be far more safe if I could carry a concealed weapon WITHOUT obtaining a license. The State CANNOT license a right. If I have an inalienable right to safety how can they license me to protect myself? If it is a right to OBTAIN happiness how can the government interfere with my right to happiness by forcing me, under threat of arrest, to get a license to carry a concealed weapon and in doing so also help secure my safety.
Sec. 11. Right to keep and bear arms; civil power supreme.
1. Every citizen has the right to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes.
Got that? We have the right to KEEP arms. Not just when the government servants think we should keep them but whenever WE want to keep them. But it does say to bear arms so that is what I do when I carry a weapon. A pistol and a sword on your side will help keep you safe and that is also your right. Let us all start doing it and drive these fascist crazy. After all when the government fears the people their is liberty according to Jefferson.
These fascists care nothing for what our magnificent Nevada Constitution secures for us. They spit on it and say: “I cannot mean what it says.”
99% of all government employees in Nevada have never even read the Nevada Constitution that they swear an oath to uphold. They are liars from the womb.
So good luck to you but I am done working with these fascists that seek to disarm us. I would never ask my servant for permission to protect myself from political criminals, like them.
Did you see all the people going to the rallies with their guns on their hips and strapped to their backs. It seems like the government will soon be begging us to carry concealed instead of right out their in the open. If you carry concealed it does not cause the up roar of the gentle sheeple that believe that governments protect people and not slaughter them historically.
More and more people are going to just carry like I do and stop begging these anti-freedom fascist for permits to carry concealed.
The more and more they try to register guns the more and more they demand open rebellion. I will never register a gun. I would die first. As you put it: A right is not a privilege.
Here is how the Courts have stated the obvious.
“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.†–Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)
“An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.†–Norton vs. Shelby County, 118 US 425 p.442
“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.†–Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491
“All acts of the legislature apparently contrary to natural rights and justice are, in our law and must be in the nature of things, considered void… We are in conscience bound to disobey.†–Robin vs. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109, (Va., 1772)
So they can pass all the rules and laws and licenses they want to but I don’t have to follow an act that is not law because it is unconstitutional. In fact you and I are conscience bound to disobey. While at the same time the State of Nevada is required by law to secure a PERFECT toleration of my religious sentiment and owning a gun is a large part of my religious sentiment.

The Constitution of the United States shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms. –Samuel Adams
Arms in the hands of individual citizens may be used at individual discretion…in private self-defense. – John Adams
The House passage of our bill is a victory for this country! Common sense wins out. I’m just so thrilled and excited. The sale of guns must stop. Halfway measures are not enough. –Sarah Brady, July 1, 1988
Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest. – Mahatma Gandhi
The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed. –Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers.
Common and political criminals prefer unarmed victims. –Daniel McGavin Hansen
The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able may have a gun. – Patrick Henry
The people of the various provinces are strictly forbidden to have in their possession any swords, bows, spears, firearms, or other types of arms. The possession of these elements makes difficult the collection of taxes and dues, and tends to permit uprising. Therefore, the heads of provinces, official agents, and deputies are ordered to collect all the weapons mentioned above and turn them over to the government. –Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Shogun, August 29, 1558, Japan.
Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA – ordinary citizens don’t need guns, as their having guns doesn’t serve the State. –Heinrich Himmler
The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subjected people to carry arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subjected peoples to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the underdog is a sine qua non ["something essential" lit. "without which not"] for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let’s not have any native militia or police. –Adolph Hitler, Edict of March 18, 1938
No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government. –Thomas Jefferson, June 1776.
To disarm the people (is) the best and most effectual way to enslave them… –George Mason.
On the morrow of each conflict I gave the categorical order to confiscate the largest possible number of weapons of every sort and kind. This confiscation, which continues with the utmost energy, has given satisfactory results. –Prime Minister Benito Mussolini, June 8, 1923.
Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it. –Thomas Paine
The twentieth century has been a tumultuous one. It has seen two world wars and countless regional ones; its has seen a third of the earth’s population enslaved by Communism; and political scientist R. J. Rummel estimated that during the first nine decades of the 20th century, at least 169,000,000 human beings were killed by their own governments. –G. Vance Smith
Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. –Noah Webster, 1888
Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty, teeth and keystone under independence. The church, the plow, the prairie wagon and citizens’ firearms are indelibly related. From the hour the Pilgrims landed to the present day, events, occurrences and tendencies prove that, to ensure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable. Every corner of this land knows firearms, and more than 99 and 99-100 percent of them by their silence indicate they are in safe and sane hands. The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil influence. They deserve a place of honor with all that’s good. When firearms go, all goes. We need them every hour. –George Washington
Would they license or restrict the Constitution? Well of course they would so they are all traitors. Some day such traitors that try to restrict our rights to safety and religion and carrying loaded weapons for our own protections will receive the benefits commonly associated with being traitors to liberty.
Now tell me… Do these people that want to limit gun rights sound more like Hitler and Mussolini or Washington and Adams?
