By Christopher Hansen,
My dear wife has a rare skill. It is making up new words and phrases that are very useful but very technical. She came up with a new one last week concerning reviewing evidence so that you get down to the meat of the evidence. It is “exfoliation of evidence.”
Today she came up with a new phrase. We have been “exfoliating evidence” for months now concerning the violations of our rights by Las Vegas METRO Thugs..I mean police.
Best current picture of Sgt. Pinjuv
The key thug’s name is Wally Pinjuv. He is now a retired METRO Sergeant (retiring after 35 years on the job.) When asked by my wife why we were being treated like criminals after we called them after we were attacked by a Pit Bull in our own yard and then threatened by the Pit Bull’s owner, Wally said to my wife, “I don’t know where you’re from lady but this is the wild wild west and we do things different out here.”
He was right. They violated NRS 171.123 and NRS 171.1232. They violated the 4th amendment. They violated Art. I Sec. 18 of the Nevada Constitution. I could go on and on but you get the picture. They violated our rights and justified it saying that officer safety was more important than the Constitution or the laws on this subject.
So this is where my wife came up with the very useful new phrase, “Going Pinjuv.”
This can be used whenever people in authority go nuts and or intentionally violate people’s rights.
Examples:
“What…are you going all Pinjuv on us.”
“Please don’t go Pinjuv on me. I am already hurt.”
“I know you are lying to me, Cop, so stop going Pinjuv on me and tell me the truth.”
Or by a Cop: “Shut up you F***ing Patriot or I will go Pinjuv on your ass.”
“Just go Pinjuv on him and he will confess.”
Please use this new phrase at your leisure.
I perform with these dogs and as far as animal behavior goes, I’m a firm believer in nurture and education. I’ve met Jack Russell Terriers that I would not go near once again, but have never had a bad knowledge with an American Staffordshire Terrier. If you’re speaking about their owners- well, that’s a various story. Humans are animals as nicely, and we tend to every have our own tips about “moral concepts”.
