Well folks I was hoping to have a debate about the IRS and the income tax but as usual the Tax Slave (this one named Chris) chickened out.
Here is what I told him.
Chris,
Yes. I deleted your response because you did not answer the question. That was the rule.
I thought we would have a debate but as usual with Tax Slaves you chicken out and crawl under your rock just like IRS agent do when I ask similar questions.
The question I asked could not have been heard by you since 1972 since the new legal tender gold and silver coins have only been minted since 1986 AD.
If you choose to commit perjury so that you can be a Tax Slave that is your choice. I refuse to commit perjury so that I can be a voluntary slave. I refuse to reject my faith. The Religious Freedom Restoration Act is quite clear and the IRS does not follow that law YET.
I have not filed in over 3 decades. I have signed letters from the IRS that I am not required to file. I have been informed by my attorney that I am not required to file. I don’t sit around and worry any more than you should worry about a bunch of thugs robbing you on the street.
Anyway. I am more concerned about doing what God wants me to do than what the IRS want me to do. God wants to glorify me. The IRS wants to enslave me. Easy choice.
But you go ahead and be a voluntary practicing Marxist in the New American Civil Religion. I don’t pray at that alter.
Indeed you do not pray at that altar. You are the greatest of heros for having the tremendous courage to fight the beast in the way you do, which you describe as the “easy choice.” That kind of choice seems almost impossible to pull off for probably 99.9999% of Americans – or maybe even fewer than that!
Who, who can do what you do? That’s a rhetorical question.
Anyone with faith that God can move mountains.
Anyone with the faith the size of a mustard seed.
I see no alternative to what I do but slavery.
The choice seems so easy to me. I honestly cannot understand how anyone can choose slavery. Is not the lion’s den more eligible than slavery?
I’ve been reading your site for some time now and enjoy the information you share. But, having also heard stories of people’s lives torn apart by the IRS at gun point for evading taxes does scare me away from not paying. So, I am not willing to risk it based solely on your word. But, you say that you have a letter from the IRS? And an attorney that has advised you you’re not required to file?
That changes things. How do I get a letter from the IRS? And who is your lawyer? I have yet to find one willing to take that stance.
You are correct. The IRS tears lives apart much like the SS did to Gypsies, Jews. Poles etc. The Mafia and Communist Chinese do it to. So did the King of England in 1775 AD. The question is not can a group of criminals and/or tyrants do to your life. That is demonstrated by history.
Did you ever read what happened to the signers of the Declaration of Independence? Don’t expect liberty to be free.
The question is: Are you willing to pledge you life, fortune and sacred honor for the cause of liberty… personal liberty? If not then you want to remain a slave and nothing you will find here will assist you in any way. People do what they want to do. If you want to feel safe and not worry about the IRS tearing your life apart then do not try to secure your liberty. Naturally they may tear your life apart anyway. People that file and pay often have their lives destroyed by the IRS anyway. That is just like winning the reverse lottery. If they pick your return and want to make your life a living Hell… they will.
Please NEVER take my word for anything. If I had followed the anti-tax gurus I would be in prison. Some people are 100% liable for the Internal Revenue tax. Trust no one. And whatever you do, don’t trust the government. They lie or simply do not know and then answer anyway. You have to decide what is truth for yourself. Then you have to decide what you are going todo about it.
I decided that I would uphold the Constitution and refuse to practice the Cult of Marxism long ago. Trust yourself. Trust God. Do what is right and let the consequences follow. If Rome throws you to the lions do you have faith you did what was right, or not? Your choice.
I got those letters from the IRS by asking the right questions but most importantly it was because I did the right things first. The questions I asked are now out dated and all questions must be asked that are particular to your specific conditions. Therefore giving you the questions I asked would be like telling you how to download Windows onto your Apple II GS computer. Worthless.
Examples of important questions you should know if you file or do not file:
1. Do you work for the Federal Government?
2. Are you “Federal personnel” by law?
3. Are you an individual entitled to receive immediate or deferred retirement benefits under any retirement program of the Government of the United States (including survivor benefits).
4. Did you apply for (volunteer) for a Social Security Number?
5. Do you know the difference between a God given right and a Congressionally created right?
6. Do you accept any Federal Benefits that can only be received if you give them a Social Security Number assigned to you?
7. Do you know the legal definition of the monetary measurement unit known as “dollar”?
8. What law requires the average non-federal government employee to file a tax return?
9. What is the difference between a tax payer and a taxpayer?
10. How did you become a taxpayer?
11. What is the definition of “income”?
12. What is the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and does it mean what it says?
13. Can the Federal Government establish a Civic religion?
14 Is Communism/Marxism/Socialism a religion?
15. What is 42 USC Section 666(a)(13)(A) and how does that relate to Revelations Chapter 13?
When you can answer those questions the choice becomes rather easy if you have any morals.
If you decide you are a taxpayer then pay. If you decide you are a tax payer then you have to start living like one. That is very difficult by the way.
Here is a little help:
5 USC § 552a. Records maintained on individuals
(13) the term “Federal personnel†means officers and employees of the Government of the United States, members of the uniformed services (including members of the Reserve Components), individuals entitled to receive immediate or deferred retirement benefits under any retirement program of the Government of the United States (including survivor benefits).
So are you Federal personnel? What about Social Security? Are you “entitled”?
The biggest mistake I feel that Americans make is signing a 1040 under penalties of perjury when they do not know if it is true and correct. You cannot “guess” if it is true. you have to know or it is perjury.
Also remember this: If you ask the IRS a question then you are a taxpayer because they can only deal with taxpayers. If you want answers ask the Department of the Treasury or your Congresscritters.
A good question is: What law that defines what the “value” of a “dollar” is?
And also: Are Federal Reserve notes dollars? I know they are legal tender but I want to know if they are actually “dollars”?
Then get ready for the run around and the evasion.
Be sure to ask your local representative too. Like State Senators and State Assemblymen. You State treasurer is always a fun bet.
Be sure you NEVER send a letter to Washington. That takes for ever. Send it to the local offices or by Email.
Im going to share this with my friends on Twitter, thanks!
Hey, Great blog, it was a very good read.
Continue fighting the power!
