As you recall, Chad said he was NOT going to run for State Senate 9 and he was happy with the Assembly THEN announced running for Senate 9. Now he wants to run for US Senate?? Sounds like Chad is looking out for what’s best for Chad.

I’ve seen Chad a few times. I think Chad is concerned about beating Reid. Do you think, for a moment, that Sue can beat him? No. You have a choice…a conservative Mormon or a liberal one. I’d take the conservative.

What is the definition of a dollar?
He has been asked repeatedly and has failed to respond. It would seem to me to be important for a person running for U.S> Senate to be able to answer such a simple question.
If a State Assemblyman cannot answer that question how can anyone in Nevada. And if Nevadans cannot know what a dollar is then how can they know what they owe in taxes?

So what is the “value” of the U.S. Dollar?
Is it the same as the Tolar?
Is it the same Daalder?

When I need to figure out how much income I have Which Dollar value do I use?
I am in the USA so I want to use the U.S. dollar but Congress has not established a value for the U.S. Dollar.
I know the U.S Dollar in not a Federal Reserve Note because a “note” cannot be a dollar.
I know that the gold and silver coins minted since 1986 AD have a different value, not only from each other since it takes about 60 silver “dollars” to buy one 50 dollar gold piece. Each coin weighs one ounce but also from the original U.S Silver dollar which was 371.25 grains of silver.
So what I need to know is what is the value of a U.S. dollar.
I know that it used to be 371.25 grains of silver and that it no longer in 371.25 grains of silver. So what is its value today so I can properly calculate my income.
OK, I’ve been doing my research too. Excuse my verbosity. None of the so called “top three†candidates have proven they can actually WIN an election! I like Sharron and she may be a true, ultra conservative, but she has lost her last two elections. She would have a difficult time beating Reid. It will be absolutely critical to capture the moderate/non-partisan voters in the general election in order to beat Reid.
Danny is also a proven loser in two past tries at lower seats in the state. He also has no experience and no record to follow.
Then there’s Sue, can’t you just see her loving the “DC†lifestyle? She is EXACTLY the type to get caught up in the “DC Royal Court†mentality and be easily influenced by the special interests and other politicians we’ve all become disgusted with. If you don’t believe me, just listen to her speak one time, and you’ll get it right away. But what’s worse than that with Sue, is the way she left the Nevada Republican party in shambles as the former chair/leader. It was a disgrace, so much so, that I would say at least 20% of republicans in the state would rather take their own life before voting for her in the primary.
Then there is current Assemblyman and Republican minority whip Chad Christensen. From what I can see he has a few things going.
1st, he actually has a record to look at to see how he has voted in Carson City. It is VERY conservative and is current and also goes back 4 terms. Who else in the race has that? Voters can see it and know how he’ll vote in DC. Wasn’t he also the deciding vote for no state income tax in the 2003 session?
2nd, his district (13) is the largest in the state and in the “Obama year†when Nevada lost many many republican “big wigsâ€, Chad still won, despite his district being majority Democrat by over 10% and going to Obama. He still won as a conservative. I think that is impressive and necessary to point out in an election against Reid. Christensen has never lost an election even in a huge Democrat district.
3rd, with so many running in the primary, it is estimated that as little as 30,000 votes could win it. In Chad’s last election (2008) he received almost 40,000 votes just in his district alone! Also interesting.
Lastly, but perhaps most important to note is he’s Mormon! An enormous advantage due to the fact Harry Reid is also Mormon and the entire Mormon community is sickened by Reid’s behavior. Just ask any Mormon you know. Every Mormon I’ve spoken with has expressed total disgust in Reid. They want him out! From what I understand, it has been the “Mormon vote†that has carried Reid over the past elections, BARELY winning the last two. Without that, he’s done for sure. Chad can take away those votes that Reid has counted on in the past. Anyway, just my research and thoughts.
At a GOP town hall meeting on the 14th of April 2010, this person proclaimed to be a military veteran.
However there is absolutely no reference of this being true. Verified this against his website and other inquiries with veterans in politics and none know this to be a valid statement.
Evidently, he was trying to influence the aging GOP elite who are being lied to directly and being influenced with youth currently, via their obsession with the 26 year old Lake who is still in Pampers while the GOP elite are in Dependends.
In addition the porno star Tatner also spoke to these aging GOP dinosaurs and was able to dazzle them the way he dazzle and kept so many of his audience dazzle while he starred in the worst porno film in history. For this Tatner to have been involved in a porno video film where the statues of the Mother Mary were being used as dildos for young women and he was actively involved in this was further disgusting!
What is wrong with these GOP dinosaurs? Have they fallen prey to the hype that surrounds candidates and have they failed to do their vetting properly?
I think it is they since they are so ancient, they are trying to relive their youth and look at these young liars wishing they could relive their past, which unfortunately they are not able to. However they are blessed with wisdom and should use that wisdom to choose a more qualified candidate for CD-1 and that would be Ken WEGNER a decorated Purple Heart Veteran and a military retiree on top of that!
If the dinosaurs really want to do something good before they die off and become oil for the earth, as did the dinosaurs of thousands of years ago, do something constructively be a watchdog of the party and be the group whereby liars do not surface. We have had enough of them!
That is why the Independent voters are rising so rapidly. In the past quarter of 2010, the Independents are number 39% of the electorate here in Nevada. 32% of the electorate are Democrats and a minor amount, 25% are now registered Republicans and that number is decreasing daily.
It is estimated that by 2012, the Independents will be at 52%, the Republicans at 18% and the Democrats 30%. The party of the Dinosaurs is over, they should embrace the true change and not try to be mislead by the liars of which they listened to on the 14th of April 2010 at approximately 7:10 p.m.
