According to the LVRJ another police protection scam has been brought to light.
This is no surprise to this reporter. In December I attempted to have a motion to dismiss filed in a traffic case. I was refused by the clerk. I then asked my brother, the Attorney General Candidate Joel Hansen to have his runner file the motion in April of this year. The Court Clerk would not allow it to be filed. I was forced to go to the Judges assistant to get it filed. These Court Clerks are not allowed to make the kind of decisions they are making.

When a reporter went to the Family Court records window and asked for a copy of the temporary protection order application filed by the captain’s wife, a clerk explained that all such records were sealed.
On a return trip the next day a different clerk gave the same answer, saying a court administrative order had sealed the records since Jan. 1.
“It appears somebody decided to preempt the Supreme Court with some administrative policy,” said Barry Smith, executive director of the Nevada Press Association. “They don’t have the authority to decide something like that.”
These kind of government employee protections need to be punished. The government must stop protecting employees and officials. It places the government servants ABOVE their masters…We the People.
