A 14-year veteran of the Madison Police Department has agreed to retire rather than face termination proceedings after an internal investigation found he violated several policies, including excessive use of force and false reporting.
Officer Carlos Valentin, 49, unlawfully detained a victim/witness, placing the person in handcuffs, according to a summary of the Professional Standards and Internal Affairs investigation.
The summary also states Valentin threatened to arrest the victim/witness without lawful authority and issued a municipal citation to the person under false pretenses. He also included false information in a report and was not truthful during the internal investigation.
here in mohave county arizona there was an arrest of a high level meth dealer and manufacturer who later died in federal prison named jerry capparel aka jerry carrarelli. jerry capparel was well connected with the local government and law enforcement in this tri-state area. during the needles california city Christmas dinner sitting at the head table were the mayor, the police chief and jerry capparel.
after an arrest, the mohave county sheriff was caught red handed attempting to commit arson to destroy evidence against capparel by burning down to evidence room.
the sheriff was given a full medical retirement under “job stress” instead of being convicted as the piece of shit criminal he was.
the nightmare stories of corrupt cops and their criminal superiors have piled too high to deny there is a very serious problem with the law enforcement across this entire nation.
when i applied for my plumbing contractors license i had to take a test, prove four years of experience, , become bonded and insured. i have to be licensed “TO FIX A TOILET”
to get a badge and a gun what does it take?
i can personally provide nightmare stories of corrupt and lawless cops who seem to operate without accountability. the nightmare has only begun. their typical threat is “you’ll be arrested”. for what? one might ask. then they arrest you and get away with it.
meth dealers and accused murderers friends with mayors, police chiefs and police officers.
they’ve all become weak and lawless.
law enforcement has a bad reputation well deserved. untrained, undedicated and unprofessional gang of lawless cowards. they have become an integral part of the problem and a part of the largest criminal organization in the world, the united states government!
