For Those of You that Fight Against Corrupt Government

There was a VERY interesting Article in the Las Vegas Review Journal today. (See below)

It talks about how the North Las Vegas is unable to keep up with all the prosecutions. For those of us that think that government should follow the Constitutions and stop violating the rights of so many Citizens this is an opportunity.

I believe that people that HURT other need to be punished. But I believe that 90% of traffic tickets have nothing to do with safety and EVERYTHING to do with the fees that hire the judges and prosecutors and clerk and Cops that are nothing but tax collectors.

If the DA is having difficulty sending enough DA over to North Las Vegas then just think how few they have for traffic tickets in Justice Court for all Clark County tickets.

If you get a ticket you should plead not guilty. From personal experience they will not be able to take your case to court within the REQUIRED 60 days after the arraignment hearing. If they do not you can file a Motion to Dismiss for lack of a speedy trail and if the judge follows the law they MUST dismiss the case.

I hope everyone fights back against traffic tickets because it will help us reduce the size of government by starving the government while keeping our own money.

I will post a successful Motion to Dismiss for lack of speedy trial I won with recently in the coming days. Remember that EVERY cent we can keep away from the government is one less penny they can use to enslave you and your children. There are PEACEFUL ways to fight against tyranny and this is but one of them.

“We dismiss a lot of cases,” he said, and the price is paid by people such as Williams.
