This is Part 1 in a series about the Mormon Church and the criminal pressure, placed upon members by Church Priesthood leaders, to commit perjury, at least once a year. The Subornation of perjury is committed by Priesthood leaders in an attempt to force anti-Socialist LDS to follow a law that does not exist but does lend aid, encouragement, and sympathy to the Marxist doctrine of a graduated Income tax in direct violation of Mormon Church doctrine.
We do not seek to bash the Mormon Church. We seek answers from Church leaders, the IRS and elected officials, that have, to date, been withheld from members and Citizens.
All we want is the truth. If anyone is offend by the truth then we recommend that they do not read this series.

In 1977 AD the following occurred:
“Shortly after the October general conference, President Kimball was distressed when he was served with a subpoena to give a deposition in a case brought by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People against the Boy Scouts of America and Troop 58, organized in one of the wards of the Liberty Stake in Salt Lake City. There were two black Scouts in the troop. One of them complained to the black ombudsman for Utah because he was deprived of the chance to become the senior patrol leader of his troop because of the Church procedure that the senior patrol leader had to be the deacons quorum president. It was contended that this violated the young man’s civil rights. This procedure had been put into effect as part of the effort to bring about more complete coordination and correlation between the priesthood and the activity programs for young men. While the Church was not a party to the suit, the Church’s practice was a key issue in the litigation. It was for this reason the subpoena was issued to President Kimball. And because it was a subpoena duces tecum, he was directed to bring to the deposition every document relating to the Church’s policy withholding the priesthood from blacks. Because he had had little to do with litigation during his life and was uncertain about what faced him, President Kimball was distraught. He could not sleep. He could talk of little else in the meetings with his counselors. Long sessions were held with the First Presidency, the Twelve, and the Presiding Bishopric where the implications of the suit and the subpoena were considered at length.” Read more
In 1978 AD the following occurred:
Though these were important steps needed to strengthen the fast-growing Church, they were overshadowed by the action taken by President Kimball on June 9, 1978, when he made the priesthood available to all worthy male members of the Church. Such an action had been discussed for decades. Read more
There are many members of the Mormon Church that seek to encourage the inspiration process, as did the NAACP and a Black Boy Scout was able to do while seeking protection of his rights, to help the Mormon Church leadership to stop suborning perjury and allow members that are fighting the IRS using well-founded legal objections to challenge enforcement of non-existent tax laws and obtain, without threat or intimidation, full access to the churches and temples.
Clergy Response Teams… Is the IRS threatening Churches?
It has been well documented that the Federal Government (FEMA) has established “Clergy Response Teams” that are trained by FEMA to “quell dissent” in the event of martial law.
Therefore the question must also be asked: Are church leaders, of any denomination, not just Mormons, being asked (told) to promote the collection of taxes from their membership or risk retribution? Are the churches under threat of losing the 501(c)3 status they voluntary applied for and can be taken away from them by the IRS. 501(c)3 status limits churches’ ability to criticize the government or be involved in political activity.
Several months ago Independent American News ran a series on Harry Reid and the Mormon Church’s sponsorship of “Firesides” in an election year for the most powerful elected Mormon in the United States. This was stopped immediately after this Harry Reid promotion was exposed by Independent American News.
Since that series Independent American News has been closely following the political activities of the Mormon Church. Proposition 8 in California put the Mormon Church under the spotlight nationally with the Church’s activity and promotion of the Anti-Gay Marriage Constitutional Amendment which passed by California Voters but was then struct down by a Federal Court.
The Mormon Church’s failure to aggressively defend their positions that they promoted during the Prop 8 campaign have now become national news.
Why didn’t the Mormon Church bring forth the evidence to prove that Prop. 8 would force the Mormon Church to perform homosexual marriages, including in their temples as they claimed during the campaign? Why was no expert recruited to testify that recognizing homosexual marriage would force church adoption agencies to allow homosexuals to adopt children?
Where was the evidence in court that was so passionately proclaimed as inevitable truth during the campaign?
Communism and Mormonism are to be like water and oil. They cannot mix.
The official position, concerning Communism, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has not changed in over 68 years. The Church First Presidency proclaimed:
Communism destroys man’s God-given free agency; the United Order glorifies it. Latter-day Saints can not be true to their faith and lend aid, encouragement, or sympathy to any of these false philosophies. They will prove snares to their feet.
The 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto is:
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
And Mormons are called upon by their leadership to “completely to eschew Communism.” ‘Eschew’ is a powerful word. It means : to avoid habitually especially on moral or practical grounds.
The requirement to eschew socialism and communism is documented in a message from the First Presidency, Improvement Era, August 1936, p. 488.
Latter-day Saints cannot be true to their faith and lend aid, encouragement, or sympathy to false ideologies such as socialism and communism. The official Church position on communism remains unchanged since it was first promulgated in 1936: “We call upon all Church members completely to eschew Communism. The safety of our divinely inspired Constitutional government and the welfare of our Church imperatively demand that Communism shall have no place in America.”
A mixed message?
Definition of HYPOCRISY
1: a feigning to be what one is not or to believe what one does not; especially : the false assumption of an appearance of virtue or religion
The problem is that if LDS members chose to refuse to give “aid, encouragement, or sympathy” to the false ism of Socialism and its 2nd commandment (plank), the Mormon Church has established rules to punish such informed “Latter-day Saints [that want to] be true to their faith” by totally rejecting Socialisms “false philosophies.”
It is the Church’s publish “policy” that:
Church members are obligated by the twelfth article of faith to obey the tax laws of the nation where they reside (see also D&C 134:5). Members who disapprove of tax laws may try to have them changed by legislation or constitutional amendment. Members who have well-founded legal objections may challenge tax laws in the courts.
Members who refuse to file a tax return, pay required income taxes, or comply with a final judgment in a tax case are in direct conflict with the law and with the teachings of the Church. Such members may be ineligible for a temple recommend and should not be called to positions of principal responsibility in the Church. Members who are convicted of willfully violating tax laws are subject to Church discipline to the extent warranted by the circumstances.
That was quote is found in both the 2006 (page 178) and the 1998 version of the Handbook. The Handbook has been changed somewhat since 1998 but the membership is not allowed to have a copy and it is not for the General Public. Wikileaks, however, has published the 2006 Handbook. It is copyrighted and that copyright has been defended in court so I will not publish the current (secret) handbook.
Therefore TWO rules have been established. Both are current. One is found on the LDS.org web site and the other is in the Secret Handbook.
The PUBLIC version is that faithful members must eschew socialism and communism and another is that members that do not give aid, encouragement, or sympathy to false ideologies such as socialism and communism and its 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto of income tax.
The SECRET version is that members will be disciplined if they refuse to file a return EVEN if they are not required by law to file such a return.
This discipline appears to be in conflict with page 178 of the 2006 version of the Handbook under the title ‘LEGAL MATTERS.’
Church leaders should not try to persuade alleged victims or other witnesses either to testify or not to testify in criminal or civil court proceedings.
A 1040 IRS form is only acceptable if it is signed under penalties of perjury which is admissible as evidence in both criminal and civil court proceedings.
So why are so many Bishops and Stake Presidents violating this Handbook rule that applies to them personally by telling members to file 1040 returns that those members KNOW are not required by law and can be used in court?
In one specific case in Reno, Nevada, Stake President Ray Foote is calling for the excommunication of a long time member because he is currently in civil litigation concerning IRS fraud and is refusing to sign a 1040 form under penalty of perjury. The member knows that he would have to commit perjury to sign it because his many questions to the IRS and his Congressmen have gone unanswered for years.
In Nevada you must KNOW your statement is true if it is under affirmation (1040s are not under oath as God is not called as a witness), you cannot just hope or guess, or you commit perjury:
NRS 199.120 Definition; penalties. A person, having taken a lawful oath or made affirmation in a judicial proceeding or in any other matter where, by law, an oath or affirmation is required and no other penalty is prescribed, who:
1. Willfully makes an unqualified statement of that which the person does not know to be true; is guilty of perjury or subornation of perjury, as the case may be, which is a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
The law in Nevada on subornation of perjury is:
NRS 199.150 Attempt to suborn perjury. Every person who, without giving, offering or promising a bribe, shall incite or attempt to procure another to commit perjury, or to offer any false evidence, or to withhold true testimony, though no perjury be committed or false evidence offered or true testimony withheld, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
So is Stake President Ray Foote suborning perjury?
How many Latter-day Saints would not be ‘incited’ into action if told they were going to lose their Temple Recommends or be excommunicated if they did not sign a 1040 form they KNEW to be at least questionable?
If a Bishop or Stake President tells a member that he MUST sign a 1040 and send it in or he cannot have a temple recommend or that if he does not file a 1040 Return that he will be excommunicated that is obviously attempting to procure another to commit perjury?
Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary defines ‘incite’ as:
1. To call to activity in any way; to rouse to feeling; to kindle to passionate emotion; to stir up to combined or general activity; as, to excite a person, the spirits, the passions; to excite a mutiny or insurrection; to excite heat by friction.
If threat of excommunication is not inciting a member of the Mormon Church then they are not very much of a member.
So the real question must be: Is the IRS threatening the Mormon Church to incite its members to commit perjury on a 1040 form?
And the 2nd question is: Is the IRS threatening your church?
