Sheepocracy:
A 
government where the most power hungry, financed by the super rich, are placed into office by voter fraud to ensure the safety and continued wealth of the super rich international banking and corporate criminals. The power hungry pawns of the super rich are allowed to remain as the tax/tithing collectors for the super rich by voluntary slaves that crave safety more than liberty and want kind masters more than freedom.
Ineptocracy:
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
