23 U.S. War Criminals Convicted in Italy

Italy’s highest criminal court on Wednesday upheld the convictions of 23 Americans in the kidnapping of an Egyptian terror suspect as part of the CIA’s extraordinary rendition program.

The ruling marks the final appeal in the first trial anywhere in the world involving the CIA’s practice of abducting terror suspects and transferring them to third countries where torture is permitted.

Lady told an Italian newspaper he was not guilty—but also indicated he may have been involved in the abduction. “I’m only responsible for carrying out orders that I received from my superiors,” Lady told Il Giornale.

That was the same excuse that the NAZIs used. And people get angry with me when I call government thugs NAZIs. But their own words convict them.

International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg declared:

“The true test… is not the existence of the order but whether moral choice [in executing it] was in fact possible.”

How comforting (NOT) that Americans are trying to use this age old NAZI excuse for THIER war crimes.

More proof that Even the Nazis had nice table manners.

Men of conscience and Christian morals are duty bound to refuse to follow orders that deny God given rights to all men. Such Nazi excuses are Satanic in origin and try to excuse men of their moral obligations. They MUST be treated as the NAZIs that used this same excuse.
