Do not waste your time filing a complaint against METRO. The only response you will received is a form letter stating “After a thorough and impartial review, it was determined the actions taken by the employee(s) did not rise to the level of misconduct or was not policy violation(s). The preliminary investigation and the finding were approved through three levels of review, including the Bureau Commander of the Professional Standards Bureau. “
Actually that is not the response I got. But then I had failed once before and got the response you mentioned. I got the Cops reprimanded. Naturally both of them should have been arrested for a misdemeanor for what they did but at least I caused them some trouble.
And I thought I was a freak.
Not so much any more.

Don’t think that you will ever get anywhere filling a complaint against Gellispie’s Gestopo, they do what they want when they want and you can’t do a dam thing about it.
I have filed complaints against the Sheriff’s Gestapo and I have had some officers disciplined. Never to my satisfaction but to a lesser degree.
